1-2-3 say cheese!!!

Here are some recent pictures that we had taken of the kids.  It sure is hard to try and get three to cooperate at the same time.  I will cut them a break since it was really chilly outside and we had pretty summery clothes on.  But check out the last one of Landry and you will know what kind of day we had.  That picture will surely come back to haunt her someday - for sure at graduation and maybe even wedding?  Well enjoy.

How to pay for ear piercing

Well Landry did it - she got her 14 stickers for staying in her room at night and not coming down stairs.  So she got her ears pierced on Monday.  She even paid for it by herself - 1 pacifier. She had to get them done one at a time and no tears were shed.  She was pretty proud of herself.  The only problem that we had is that one side was a lot higher than the other.  So we called the store and they suggested that we take it out and have it re-pierced next week.  So she let me take it out and she is now walking around with one earring.  Oh well.  Here are some pictures from the big event.

Jaxon's Violin Recital

On Saturday Jaxon had his violin recital in Willmar.  Here is a clip from the recital.  It was great that Lenny was not in the fields and was able to come and enjoy the recital.  Jaxon was so nervous but he did a great job.  We are so proud of him and it was great to see how much he has improved this last year.  

Rally Day

Here are some pictures from Rally Day at Jaxon's school.  He competed in 4 events: the softball throw, frisbee throw, 50m dash & 400m relay.  He took 1st place in the softball throw, 4th in the 50m dash and his team took 2nd at the 400m relay.  It was a fun day for all the kids until it started pouring rain and we all got just drenched (but of course the kids loved getting all wet in the rain).  Here are some pictures from the day....

How to stress out your mom

This is how you stress out your mom.  Take dance lessons for a year, have them buy you a ridiculously expensive costume, have pictures in the costume (which ended up taking so long that we missed Jaxon's pinewood derby) and then cry your eyes out at dress rehearsal and refuse to dance.  Oh well...at least we have proof that she did have a costume.  So here is the first and last dance picture of our little Landry....

Mother's Day Weekend

Here are some pictures from this weekend. We got to swim at a pool with cousins, take a walk over the St. Anthony bridge, take in a Twins game and just spend some great time together as a family. Thank you for a great weekend and making me feel so special.

Happy Birthday Tseganesh!!!

It has been a great day celebrating Tseganesh's life. I can't believe that she is already one year old. It is amazing to think of what has happened in her first year of life. She is a miracle and blessing to our family.

In honor of her birthday we went to the Chippewa County Courthouse to file her adoption paperwork. It is the final step in her adoption and it will be great to hear a judge say that she is forever our daughter.
